Day 12 - L for Lord

Language of nature, you essay with your omniscience,

Lustrous, your countless facets, emitting resplendence.

Lead  your offspring  into the light of Nirvana.

Lyrics of eternal bliss lurk in your lovely name,

Luminous, your graceful form, Ardent, your every aspect,

Limitless, your reach, your magnitude,

Lessen my burdens,

Liberate me from worldly webs.

Lovingly embellish my lowly life.

Lightly wave your healing wand,

Levigate all the evil clout.

Lotus feet of yours, housing the galaxy -

Let me lie there, in that luscious comfort.

Day 11 - K is for 'Kiddo'

Kindly, you alight, into the vacuum

Knitting bonds of endearment,

Knocking out the forlorn pains.

Kindling intense emotions,

Known only upon your advent, you

Knot my every vein, firmly to your rein.

Kaleidoscope of rapture, adorns my every breath, when

Kingdom of my stray Lego blocks and countless crayons,

Kindheartedly you rule, upgrading my merit.

Knead my non existence into a nurturing deity, until

Kernels of joy emerge in my barren void.

Kisses you blow my way, blows my strain away!

Keeping the keys to my heart - My Tot, you fill

Knapsack of my memories with your cute antics.

Day 10 - J for Juncture

Jazzed up, with fervor, the

Journey I embark - to find ways

Joy can adorn my essence.

Jaded, the many shades of world

Jammed with vices clogging the soul,

Jump on to the ignorant psyche!

Jittering gusto questions the cosmos -

Just, what would matter at the end?

Jingle of virtue answers in harmony -

Junk these are, the material treasures,

Jewels of the spirit are love and compassion,

Joining me with the eternal force,

Jubilantly unfolding the meaning of life.

Day 9 - I for Insane.

Intense cogitation,

Intended to express the musing,

I linger around, the reflection.

Incomplete, the inspiration feels, In the

Impediment of articulation.

Imagery germinating in the soil of feelings

Immensely turmoils the insides,

In a fight to unfold the ode.

I know not the means, I know not the course, To

Ignite those sprouts into full blown foliage,

Intricately weaving around the trellis of the heart!

Illuminate my inner dwelling, to

Illustrate in palpable scribble, the

Infinity of your influence,

Invading the inherent harmony.

Infuse the apt intonation, lest

In translation, the profundity would be lost!

Day 8 - H for "How?"

Had I had a heap-full hints,

Help they would in blogging stints!

Hopelessly hovering around for inspiration to strike -

Hate to break the flow, cause

Hardly a few days are put behind.

Hassle it seems to think and type,

Highlighting each beginning with a "H"

Hanging in there to make this pattern stretch,

Howling in pain to see this verbal wretch..

Hope is something after all, heart assures.

Hindrances happen to the best of us.

Hard it is, but I let H fall apart

Holding on to trust,that

Hidden are the ideas rest,

Humming  in the head's 'eureka' lanes

Here and there, playing peek a boo..

Happily emerging when "I" come(s) through!

Day 7 - G for "Godsend"

Glided in perfect joy

Glorious moments in your company,

Gratify life!

Grab me by my waist -

Garnish my love affair, just,

Gently draw me into your caress.

Gloom evaporates, glee awaits

Gulping the elixir of your grace!

Glazed with the tint of your good looks

Gist of these fine moments,

Graze the senses, tickling solace.

Grasping my hand, lead me into your embrace!

Guide me through these daily cares.

Green grass, Gurgling rivers, 

Grand oceans, Giant Glaciers,

Gift from heavens, this nature's abyss,

Glistening in dew drops, gleaming in hills..

Gates of joy, opening up to my morose insides

Giggles of glee gush through your tides!

Gossamer of creation - 

Garland my every sense with your

Gracious presence.

Day 6 - F for Farce

Fighting to get you out,

Faint thoughts, reeling in my head, like a

Ferris wheel's generous spins.

Freeze for a moment, let me

Fathom the fragments of your form,

Flash again, your flecks -

For a longer second.

Fixed on the fringes of your

Full-length image, I can

Fuel my fragile facilities,

Freely graze on your fiery fabric,

Focus and forge, force and feign

Fairly fine lines -

Forming a facade to

Falsely flatter my failing skills,

Feeling fulfilled for a funny verse!

Day 5 - E for "Elements"

Energy you are, fluid and fast

Engulfing a chunk of the universe!

Elixir of life - feeding fields,

Ensuring our tummies get their fill.

Erasing impurities with your cleansing touch

Epitome of nature - Aqua, 

Endow the universe with your essence.

Earth, the abundance of life,

Emerges and unites with you -

Erupting flora, embedding treasures,

Evoking many a verse with your inspiring expanse.

Eternal, enduring - impart your fortitude,

Enrich your many offspring! 

Enkindle the impurities,

Encompass the inner fears,

Emanate the ashes of impediments,

Engross the cosmos with your warm embrace,

Embers of exertion -consume the wick of enlightenment,

Enticing a clear conscience.

Endless expanse of space and air,

Elements up above,

Elevating the soul, filling the being,

Eternal, electrifying!

Entrain us on an Odyssey

Euphoria, wouldn't it be?!

Day 4 - D for "Day"

Dawning upon the muddy path,

Darkness melts into sunshine.

Draped in warmth, world comes alive,

Doused with distant chirping sounds.

Drizzling light dabbed on streams,

Display scenes of deep delight!

Dancing across fields and ponds,

Day break comes dispelling the dusk.

Discover the dream you dreamt last night,

Dwelling in the divine design.

Debunk code of daily cares,

Drive away the demons of doubt,

Diffuse gloom, devour life!

Day at a time, it gently unfolds,

Day at a time, unwrap the present,

Day at a time - don't falter, don't fret!

Day 3 - C for Couple

Cuddle up with me,

Comforting my damp, dark being

circled with your dainty spark!

Cloud I am - be my silver lining!

Console my grief, in your lovely light!



Can I count the ways I love you?

Cobwebs of your thoughts,

Capture my every breath..

Cares melt like snow into

Creeks of joy,

Crooning happy tunes, Just

Chime in with your company!



Come in, let my insides bloom

Coated in you colors of glee -

Co-star in my fairy tale -

Consider me, give me a try!

Charm me with your sizzling gaze!



Choking emotions coldly emerge,

Crevices of the heart let out a cry!

Coping with the void you left!

Call me into your comforting embrace,

Complete me like you only can.


Coupled with you, life comes to life

Concealing my every care -

Carefully wrapped, never to be back.

Clad in your constant dreams,

Carefree heart sprouts cheerful smiles

Content like a happy child!!





P S - (But to tell the truth, I was so tempted to call it C for Corny ;-)

Day 2 - Big Thank you! :-)

Bad days happened all along ,with

Bratty kiddo's barbaric ways!

Bald, the head was close to becoming,

Bleak was the time, slowly crawling.

Beckoning strength, I keep the ball in a roll.

Brimming with stress, tears I control,

Bumpy was the ride, life was upside.

Boy, I wished kids came with a 'user guide'.

Blind faith kicked in, I sincerely prayed

Baby, I hoped she blissfully played.

Banishing aside her intent to torture,

Binding me to play like a toddler!

But finally, the Almighty answers,

Blesses me with a boon of fun and laughter.

Baby sitter Barney comes to rescue

Baby Bop and  BJ follow cue.

Blue or purple, I really don't care

Bring the joy on my baby's face.

Bumping and jumping, singing some rhymes

Bellyful laughs resonate the times.

Beloved Barney, with the bright purple dress,

Banished the mommy's deep distress.

Brand me a bad-mom with zero parenting skills

Barney was the hero that took away my chills.

Brave, you all are - Buddies in need!
